Leanne Tritton has been Chair of Governor at Orchard Primary School for 6 ½ years. In that time she has seen a major change in the school, most notably its ‘satisfactory’ rating from OFSTED has improved to ‘outstanding’ by the local authority and awaits an OFSTED inspection in 2013.

Leanne was also asked to join an interim executive board at Daubenay School after it was accredited ‘special measures’ by OFSTED and the existing governing body was disbanded. Leanne worked with the interim governing body for 18 months and then worked with the newly formed governing body until the school was brought out of ‘special measures’.

Due to the support she has received from ING MEDIA, Leanne has been able to dedicate at least one afternoon a week for the last six and a half years to perform her duties at both Orchard Primary and Daubenay Schools.
